We have been made aware of an issue with the booking software that allowed appointments to be booked with providers and times that are not available. 

This issue may have resulted in the system booking appointments that were not actually scheduled in the provider’s system. If you experienced this issue, please send an email to jayson@alittlehypnosis.com with the dates of the appointment as it was shown on your confirmation, your email address used at booking, and your full name and our team will review, compare the registry and reload these appointments into the system for you to book at a time that works for you with your provider. 

We apologize for this issue and are making steps as an organization to pivot from our current scheduling provider to another service in hopes of a more streamlined booking system.
