All new clients are required to be seen for either an Initial Assessment or Intake Evaluation prior to booking other types of appointments. This ensures that we have all of the required paperwork, information, and have the chance to get to know you and the best ways to help you achieve your goals.
For those that have already had their Initial Assessment or Intake Evaluation, please book your appointments here. By choosing this option, you are agreeing that you have been seen by a hypnotherapist with A Little Hypnosis within the past year. If you are not a current client, any appointments made here before your assessment/evaluation will result in a cancellation of your appointment.
