Standard Hypnotherapy

A vast majority of our work together will be done through our standard appointments. During these sessions, regular methods of hypnotherapy will be utilized to move you toward completing your goals and achieving them in ways that will help your unconscious mind unlock the barriers that have held you back in the past!

During this session, we will use standard hypnotherapy protocols and practices to help you work toward your goals. This is the most common session that we have.






Therapeutic
Mindscaping

Mindscaping is a technique developed by Dr. Mike Mandel, a hypnotherapist with many years of experience. These sessions will help clients clear barriers due to fear, guilt, shame, and trauma.






Indirect
Hypnosis

This appointment will consist of a 1 hour, 15 minute appointment where Indirect/Conversational Hypnosis will be used to help the client move to goal completion. This type of session does not involve traditional trance and instead uses a light trance induced through conversational methods. Many of these methods are based on the research and direct client work of Dr. Milton H. Erickson, the Father of Modern Hypnotherapy.

Specialty Hypnotherapy

There are some occasions when you may want to dive deeper into a specialized type of hypnotherapy that will help you with your goals. The Ego State Transformation (sometimes referred to as Parts Therapy) and Therapeutic Age Regression can be used to push past some of the larger barriers that many people feel. 

Ego State Transformation

This appointment will consist of a 1 hour, 30 minute appointment where the focus will be on Ego State/Parts work that will allow the client to come into alignment with their whole self, engaging the natural ego states/parts that are part of their unconscious mind.

Therapeutic Age Regression

For many, just being able to openly discuss their kinks and fetishes can help remove some of the stigma and fear that many experience. This session will be a chance to talk, discuss, and get feedback on your thoughts. Please note, this is not a replacement for psychotherapy, talk therapy, or other traditional medical or mental health service.

Our handwriting can actually be a two-way communication directly with the unconscious. Prior to the session, you will submit a sample of handwriting. When we meet, we will provide you with a detailed analysis of your handwriting & provide advice on making valuable changes that will translate to even more progress in your goals. From your interactions with others to your view of self, handwriting can show so much!
